Data controller
The controller of the data collected on Avis Services is the site publisher, who can be reached at contact@avis-services.fr. Any question about data protection may be addressed directly to them.
Minimal collection
Avis Services collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the site and for handling the messages it receives. No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data collected
Browsing data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages viewed, date and duration of the visit, referring site. This data is used in aggregate form by the audience measurement tools.
Contact data. Email address, name or pseudonym and message content, only where you voluntarily write to the publisher.
Technical logs. Server logs record incoming requests for security and diagnostic purposes.
No banking data is collected. No special category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is requested, and you are advised not to send any unprompted.

Recipients
The data is accessible only to the site publisher and, where applicable, to the technical providers strictly necessary for its operation: hosting, audience measurement and message delivery. Those providers act only on instruction and solely for the purposes described above.
Transfers outside the European Union
Hosting is provided by a supplier established in the United States. Transfers of data to that country are covered by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Retention periods
- Browsing data and audience statistics: 13 months maximum
- Technical server logs: 12 months maximum
- Messages received and associated addresses: 3 years from the last exchange
At the end of those periods, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Security
The publisher implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the data: delivery of the site over HTTPS, restricted and protected access to administration tools, and a limited number of authorised persons.
Cookies and trackers
The site uses technical cookies necessary for its display and security. These do not require consent.
Audience measurement trackers may also be set in order to understand traffic to the site. Where they are not configured in strictly anonymous mode, they are set subject to your consent, obtained on your first visit and revocable at any time.
No advertising cookies and no profiling trackers for targeting purposes are set.
You may at any time configure your browser to refuse cookies, delete them or be notified when they are set. This setting is found in the privacy preferences of each browser. Refusing technical cookies may impair some features of the site.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

Automated decision-making
No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken on the basis of exclusively automated processing.
