1. Sezame: a luxury hotel spa, without staying the night
Sezame sells experiences in 4 and 5 star hotels “without spending the night”. Two palace hotels distinguished by Atout France are in the catalogue: Le Meurice, where “Bien-Être au Palace” combines a 50-minute massage, the hammam, the sauna and lunch for 250 euros per person, and The Peninsula Paris, with a “Parenthèse d’Exception en Duo” at 520 euros for two in October 2026.
The site has a section for private spas: a private hammam at the BOB Hôtel at 79 euros for two, “Spa Privé & Champagne” at the Hôtel Da Vinci at 132 euros for two, “Le Cocon Privé” at the Hôtel Lancaster at 560 euros for two. 2. Wonderbox: the spa to give
Wonderbox sells spa, massage and hammam gift boxes. Its private night-time spa box at the Hôtel Paris j’Adore, a five-star hotel in the 17th arrondissement, gives two hours of indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, with a bottle of champagne. The catalogue also includes couples massages and weekends with dinner and a treatment, and each partner displays customer reviews.
The recipient then contacts the venue to book. The Bon Cadeau Liberté is loaded with 30 to 500 euros and stays valid for 3 years and 3 months.
3. Treatwell: a spa appointment at any hour
Treatwell lets you book “24/7” in salons and spas. In Paris, its list includes the Spa Terraké at the five-star Hôtel Bowmann, the private spa at L’Empire Paris and couples massages, with reviews for each venue. Its e-gift card is loaded with the amount of your choice and stays valid for 12 months.
4. Spa by Accor: the spas of a hotel group
Spa by Accor brings together the spas and thalassotherapy centres of the group’s hotels, in France and abroad, from Quiberon to Monaco, with treatments to enjoy solo or as a duo. Its gift vouchers are chosen hotel by hotel, for example at the Sofitel Quiberon Thalassa sea & spa or the Sofitel Biarritz Le Miramar Thalassa Sea & Spa.
Why the choice of platform matters
The booking site first determines which venue you can access, then the price. Three parameters settle most hesitations. The scope: a salon, a palace hotel spa and a hotel network are not booked in the same place. The way of buying: a treatment on a chosen date or a gift box to use later. The budget, finally, which separates an urban treatment from half a day in a palace hotel.

Ranking methodology
The four sites were assessed on 24 October 2026 against the same nine criteria, based on their public pages (catalogues, listings, gift card pages, terms of sale) and their Trustpilot page. As the French version of spa.accor.com could not be accessed that day, Spa by Accor was assessed on its English version. Only sites that let you book or give a spa experience in France are ranked. The first three criteria, assessed at brand level on what each brand publishes, are the same in every ranking on this site that includes Sezame; the next six are specific to booking a spa.
Scoring grid. Each criterion that is met earns 1 point and is marked Yes. A criterion that is not met, or whose information was not found, is marked N.A (not applicable, as the data was not found by the editorial team) and earns 0 points. All criteria have the same weight, 1/9 of the overall score (about 11%). The rank follows from the overall score. In the event of a tie, the site benefiting from a sponsored feature, indicated in the article, comes first on its own, at its own rank, and is never tied.
